| 1. Accepted file formats: We accept print-ready design files in these formats only. |

| 2. Bleed area for template design |
| If you have a design (ie: a business card) that requires to have bleed region, make sure your design allows for this before submission. Allow 0.25" bleed room on your design so when its printed, nothing is cropped or cut off. |

| 3. Use templates when possible for standard design |
| There are many pre-designed templates available on the web that are already designed to specification. These templates already contain bleed markings and crop areas. If you use one of these templates, This helps reduce the chance of errors and accurate layout orientation. |
