| Q: Do you print for CD/DVD production covers? |
| A. Yes we do high quality digital full color printing for CD/DVD production covers on high quality laser glossy stocks or stocks of your choice. |
| Q: How long does shipping take for my major order? |
| A. We use major courier services (DHL/ Fedex /UPS and USPS. Usually ground shipping takes five to seven business days it is depend on distance (zone). In case of emergency we have very special rates for express shipment. |
| Q: Do you accept credit card and if so what types? |
| A. We accept all major credit cards Master- Visa-Discover-American Express and we do accept also business checks |
| Q: I want to have a poster printed, what sizes do you print? |
| A. We can handle 72” wide to any length full color banner/poster on vinyl or glossy laser photo paper. |
| Q: Can you print double sided glossy prints? |
| A. Yes, we do print on demand double sided glossy prints brochure. Flyer and handouts. |
| Q: What file types do you accept when printing files digitally? |
| A. We accept Microsoft word (.doc), Microsoft publisher (.pub), PowerPoint (.pps), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), jpg/jpeg, tiff, eps, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Adobe Photoshop (.psd) or you can mail us a hard copy. |
| Q: I see that you are a copy center, can you do volume discount orders as well? |
| A. Yes, we do quote special discount rates for high volume jobs. |
| Q: What is your fee for graphic design? |
| A. It depends on the project. Most of our layouts and setups are no charge. For special setup it’s depend on the information and detail you want to put in and how big is the job size is? we don’t charge hourly. We actually get the detail information and then we quote the price. |
